  3. Now, enter the email address of the Google Apps account in the External Account Settings dialog box. Then, to see the account, add a name in the Account Name text field
  4. After that, choose the type of account i.e. POP or IMAP account
  5. Now, you need to enter the name of an email account in the Username filled with the Account text box
  6. Next, enter the name of Google Apps account’s server in the Email server text box
  7. Type the password in the Password text box to sign in to the G Suite account. In order to verify the password, choose Show password option
  8. Go to Advanced Settings if the service provider does not use default port number. In the case of secure connection, turn on Use an encrypted connection (SSL) option when accessing the server
  9. After that, you can click on Test Settings to confirm the details
  10. Now, choose the location to download the messages
  11. If you want to delete the messages from the Google Apps account after downloading it to ZWC account, choose the Delete messages on the server after downloading option
  12. Next, type the name that appears in the From field of the outgoing email messages. This is the name that is displayed before the email address.

    – Choose Set the Reply-to field of emails to

2. Click on the Data Files & with this you can view the location also.
3. Open MS Outlook & go to file menu, click open & then export. Then choose the Import/Export option
4. Select the Outlook Data file (.pst)
5. Now, click on the top of the account name & make sure you have selected the Include subfolders
6. At last, choose the desired location where you want to store that PST file. In the end, provide the password when the prompt appears.

7. Go to the path which you have selected from the previous step and will be able to see the .pst file.
